Project Background
An integrated wayfinding program designed to support Canada’s largest hospital redevelopment, covering 2.8 million square feet of care.
Mississauga Hospital represents a transformative investment in the future of healthcare delivery for one of Canada’s most diverse and fastest-growing regions. Cygnus is partnering with Trillium Health Partners and the design team to lead wayfinding strategy for the new 22-storey, 2.8 million square foot facility. Delivered through a progressive public-private partnership (P3), the redevelopment will significantly expand access to care and improve patient experience. Cygnus is coordinating across architectural, clinical and public zones to ensure clear and consistent navigation throughout the hospital. Our scope includes system-wide signage planning and design, aligned with phased construction, regulatory compliance and long-term operational goals.
