Project Background

Transforming an architectural landmark into a powerful, city-scale expression of Deloitte’s identity and presence.

Located at 410 West Georgia Street, Deloitte Summit is an architectural landmark defined by its bold, crystalline façade. The tower demanded signage with equal clarity and confidence. Cygnus developed a complete exterior signage program anchored by large-scale illuminated crown signage and a primary building ID at street level. The work balances architectural integration with brand visibility, ensuring the Deloitte identity is seen, understood, and remembered across Vancouver’s skyline.

Branded visibility

Deloitte’s identity is expressed through crown and entry signage designed for clarity and presence. The illuminated wordmark and green dot extend the brand beyond the workplace, turning the tower into a visible symbol of innovation and leadership in Vancouver’s core.

Architectural integration

Signage integrates seamlessly with the building’s crystalline façade through concealed raceways, precise proportions, and Pantone-matched finishes. The result is a built expression of identity that reinforces, rather than competes with, the architecture.

Street-to-skyline continuity

At the ground level, a building ID reflects the tone and lighting strategy of the crown signage. Positioned at the main entrance, it creates a consistent experience across all scales of interaction, from pedestrian arrival to skyline recognition.

Precision in execution

The size, elevation, and exposure of the crown signage introduced critical risks around safety, visibility, and long-term performance. These demands were met with a rigorous technical approach, including detailed construction drawings and close coordination with engineers. Structural supports, seismic resilience, watertight integrity, and concealed electrical systems were all addressed through early design development. This ensured a safe, durable installation that aligned precisely with the architectural vision.
