
Making an Entrance
The Fraser Mills “F” logo was reimagined as a three-dimensional form that elevates the identity of the community. The site demanded something iconic yet refined. Cygnus conducted design development to explore profile options and lighting treatments that would balance long-range legibility with a timeless aesthetic. A neutral palette and cast lighting were selected to support longevity and quality perception.



Design Exploration
The process included comparative studies of form and silhouette, with in-situ renderings to evaluate scale, visibility, and experiential impact. From fully enclosed structures to open ribbed frames, each option was assessed for how it would perform from vehicle and pedestrian views. This iterative approach ensured the final solution was site-responsive and immediately legible within its commercial context.
