Making a statement
The exterior signage system establishes a distinct and intuitive arrival experience for residents, tenants, and visitors. Clear building identification defines each entrance and guides people naturally, integrating seamlessly with the surrounding architecture. This clarity directly supports commercial visibility along the streetscape. Standardized below-canopy signage maximizes exposure for retail tenants while maintaining a refined, consistent aesthetic across all units. This unified approach extends to the office pylon, organizing traffic flow and bringing clean prominence to businesses within the property’s cohesive design standards.

Architectural integration
The signage elements function as a natural extension of the interior concepts, delivering brand value without generating visual clutter. To achieve complete harmony across private housing floors, room identifiers and floor indicators mirror the precise textures and architectural palettes selected for the common spaces. Dimensional floor numbers and unit directionals utilize warm wood accents to connect materiality to interior millwork. Wall-mounted units across the residential floors feature custom matte white and light gray finishes. This meticulous detailing, combined with hidden fastenings and frosted vinyl layers, creates subtle, non-glare visual assets that establish seamless spatial continuity while respecting the structural environment.

Branded placemaking features
The Archetype brand is activated in the commercial lobby through a permanent dimensional art feature. A series of custom three-dimensional paper airplane sculptures are pin-mounted to the elevator wall, progressing sequentially from simple folds to intricate structures. Fabricated from thick aluminum panels finished in a matte black system, the installation provides a sophisticated architectural focal point that reflects the character of the development.

Multi-modal support
To support active transportation and encourage cycling tenants across building functions, bold environmental graphics and directional signage provide clarity from the parkade through to commuter amenities. The system introduces large-scale, custom matte black vinyl bicycle illustrations applied directly to the whitewashed concrete masonry walls. High-contrast dimensional pictographs placed at the parkade entrance doors establish immediate zone recognition, while life-scale matte black bicycle silhouettes mirror the building’s refined design standards against white concrete walls to route commuters predictably down service corridors.

End-to-end experience
The four below-grade parking levels are structured around an intuitive zoning framework designed to organize traffic flow for separate user groups. The navigation strategy utilizes unique colour assignments to define the office, residential, and creative industrial tier. Large-scale wall graphics, architectural column identifiers, and suspended directional signs guide vehicles and pedestrians predictably toward their designated elevator cores.
