Project Background
Delivering a unified wayfinding system built for residents, shoppers, and future growth.
CF Richmond Centre demanded a tailored approach that unites residential and retail wayfinding within a single, high-density site. With two large residential towers, a retail podium, long connecting corridors, layered parkade access, and a future-facing masterplan, the complexity of the site demands more than a conventional signage system. Cygnus was brought on by Cadillac Fairview to ensure consistency, clarity, and brand alignment across overlapping systems for residential, commercial, and public spaces. In collaboration with Shape Properties, and GBL Architects, we developed a unified strategy that draws from architectural patterns, anticipates evolving user needs, and aligns with the broader vision for this vibrant live-shop-play community.
